The company has a large portfolio of looms comprising of power, auto and shuttle-less. We maintain an inventory of approx 1 million meters of greige. The objective is to fulfil in time the requirements of our valued buyers all over the globe. The unit has the diversity of weaves i.e., plain 1/1, twill, sateen and herringbone.
We have an ultra modern stitching unit, which is run by the highly skilled staff. We are the pioneers in producing bed sets, cushion covers, kitchen linen, hotel and hospital textiles. Our daily production is approximately 1500 sets.
We normally inspect the fabrics three times. Firstly, grey fabrics mending/checking at the weaving unit. Secondly, screening/checking at the Warehouse and thirdly, piece-to-piece checking/grading after the processing. For made-ups, we have a team of skilled workers who finally inspect goods at the packing stage.
